Welcome to DuloNode (the “Service”), provided by Beneview Optics Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

1. Description of the Service

DuloNode facilitates integration between Amazon Alexa and Node-RED, allowing users to control devices via Alexa voice commands. The Service requires an active internet connection and a Node-RED installation.

2. User Accounts

  • Users must create an account with a valid email address, given name, and family name.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Accounts are limited to lawful personal or business use.

3. Subscription Plans

  • The Service offers free, standard, and premium subscription plans.
  • Some features and device limits may vary based on the selected plan.
  • Subscription terms, pricing, and limits are detailed on our website.

4. Device and Data Management

  • Users select which devices are sent to DuloNode during Node-RED flow deployment.
  • If a device is removed from a flow, its data will be deleted from our Service.
  • Device states are preserved to ensure seamless integration between Alexa and Node-RED.

5. Service Availability

  • The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
  • If the Service is unavailable due to outages, users will not be able to control their devices.
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions or failures.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Misusing the Service for illegal activities.
  • Reverse-engineering or attempting to access the underlying code of the Service.
  • Using the Service in a way that violates intellectual property or privacy laws.
