Subscription, Payment or Billing Issues?
If you encounter issues related to your subscription, payment, or billing, please ensure the following:
- Verify that your payment method is up to date. Expired or invalid payment methods can cause interruptions.
- Check your subscription status in the DuloNode Hub node properties. You can upgrade, change, or cancel your plan directly there.

Login/Account Issues?
Facing problems logging into your account or managing account settings? Follow these steps:
- Ensure you are using the correct email and password.
- If you are unable to verify your account, check your email (including spam folders) for the verification code.
- Account linking issues in Alexa? Ensure your DuloNode email and password match what you use in the Alexa app.
Technical Issues?
For technical issues with DuloNode, or Alexa integration, consider these steps:
- Check your internet connection. An active connection is required for communication with the Alexa Skill.
- Ensure the DuloNode Hub node is properly configured with your email and password.
- Verify that devices are deployed correctly in Node-RED and are discoverable in Alexa.
- Review output status messages of DuloNode Hub with the help of the debug node.
